Had several quotes regarding an air source heat pump installation and I went with night and day not because they were the cheapest (though very competitive) but they seemed the most knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Installation was arranged quickly and while there were some teething problems, remedial work was arranged quickly and we are very happy with the final result. Warm house even on the coldest winter days and cheaper bills, with the government grant still at £7,500 now is the time to look into this if you have an old boiler that needs replacing like ours did.

The other companies we had quotes from recommended bigger heat pump units, but we felt that Night and Day were throurough in their assesment of our requirements and were not trying to sell us something extra we didn't need. Bradley was understanding of all our requirements and Richard carried out the install and radiator upgrades really smoothly. We love our new heat pump and are enjoying reliable hot water for showers and improved water pressure. Now we are getting in to autumn we are starting to have the heating on and so glad we did it.
